This challenge was to create a prototype of a Storyline course for Customer Service Agents to learn the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan program and navigate the website to answer customer questions. You can see a combination of text and visual resources, including a video tutorial created on Camtasia and Audacity. As a formative feedback tool, I created a scenario assessment that represents a real-world situations.
